We started our real estate journey back in 2004 in the great state of Connecticut (Hence the name “CT Homes”). Myself, Than, Paul and Konrad, and started flipping houses in New Haven, CT. Soon enough we were buying, renovating, and selling hundreds of houses a year.
While we started on the East Coast, most of us are from California and always had our sights set on coming back out to the West Coast. Than ventured out to Pacific Beach for what he thought would be a weekend visit. Two days later, he called us to say “I’m not coming back. Ship me my stuff!”. We moved our business to San Diego shortly after.
Since then, we’ve continued to refine, improve, and fine-tune the business model that brought us our initial success in Connecticut. We’ve doubled down on the reason we do what we do…aka our “WHY”: helping sellers, working with local agents, and creating quality homes that buyers can be proud of.
Despite the challenges and obstacles we’ve overcome, we’re proud of the 20+ years we’ve been able to fulfill our “WHY” and have no plans of stopping any time soon. We are today what we were when we first started our business back in 2004 – a small, tight knit, family-oriented team that’s focused on doing business at a high level.
